Thank you for your interest in my profile! I have been mesmerized with art, painting, drawing and photography ever since I can remember. I have integrated art into my life for over thirty years. I work out of a lovely art studio in my 1776 farmhouse. I love my rescue dogs, horseback riding, hiking, playing the harp and piano, cooking gourmet vegetarian meals and listening to international music. One of my favorite past times is wandering through a museum and getting inspired by so many magnificent works. Each piece has a story. Each piece has the heart of the artist inside. I believe that we are all connected throughout the ages through art. Art is a powerful form of self-expression and is the window into all of our souls. I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years, capturing memories for over 1000 beautiful weddings. My art has been displayed at the Paradise Art Fair, Spectrum Art Gallery, Manchester Work Space Gallery, Etsy, Amazon and Saatchi Art. I also have sold many pieces of hand painted furniture (focusing on children’s rocking horses, rocking chairs, stools, dressers and adult shabby chic cupboards). I teach French and Spanish and use art to teach these languages. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in French at Boston College. I also received a Master’s Degree from the University of Westchester, Pennsylvania in French and Spanish Languages and Cultures. I also received a Master’s Degree from St. Joseph University in West Hartford, Connecticut. This degree was in the utilization of Multiple Intelligences in Education. My goal is to infuse art, music, museum study, dance, and theater into my teaching! I also own a horse boarding facility and and am inspired by the horses that surround me (hence the many horse paintings!) Each painting that you see has a message to you personally and a story.
